1. Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is any delay due to stock availability or courier issues, we will contact you immediately.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Next business day after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier capacity.


2. Shipping Within Cyprus

DUBAI AROMAS CYPRUS ships exclusively within Cyprus, using:

  • ACS Courier

  • BoxNow Lockers

Customers can choose their preferred courier at checkout.


3. Packaging & Product Protection

We take great care to ensure all barber tools and cosmetic products arrive safely.

Each order is securely packaged using:

  • Protective wrapping

  • Foam padding (for fragile items such as trimmers, scissors, blades)

  • Sealed packaging for cosmetics

Our packing process is designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and courier selection.

DUBAI AROMAS CYPRUS may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website or product pages.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the courier.

  • ACS orders can be tracked through the ACS website.

  • BoxNow orders can be tracked through BoxNow’s website or mobile app.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We package all barber tools and cosmetics with maximum protection.
However, DUBAI AROMAS CYPRUS is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage and packaging.

We will assist you in submitting a courier claim or advise you on the next steps.

Important: Items showing signs of use (such as hair residue on tools, oils, scratches, opened cosmetic products) cannot be considered for courier-damage claims.


7. Policy Updates

DUBAI AROMAS CYPRUS reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will take effect immediately once posted on this page.
