Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy — Perfumes Only

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all perfume purchases made from DUBAI AROMAS CYPRUS and is fully aligned with consumer protection laws in Cyprus and the European Union.


1. 14-Day Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your perfume.

To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be:

  • sealed and unopened,

  • in its original packaging,

  • unused and in the same condition as received,

  • accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned, even within the 14-day period.
(This is allowed by EU law for sealed personal care products.)

To start a return, contact us at support@dubaiaromas.cy with your order number and reason for return.
Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.


2. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the perfume bottle is damaged,

  • the product arrived defective or leaking, or

  • you received the wrong product.

In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as required by law.

You may be asked to provide photos or video evidence of the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • opened / unsealed perfumes,

  • perfumes with broken packaging not caused during delivery,

  • products that show signs of use.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • sale items,

  • gift cards.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different perfume, please return your sealed item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is approved.


5. Refunds & Shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
